Gastrostomy Care
Our gastrostomy care service supports individuals who rely on PEG feeding for nutrition. Carers are trained to assist with feeding routines, tube site care, and equipment checks, following the plan agreed with your dietitian or healthcare team.
Because feeding routines and nutritional needs can change over time, care is reviewed regularly alongside district nurses and dietitians. Carers also support and reassure family members, helping them feel confident that feeding is being managed safely.

My Homecare provide services on the following basis:
Visit times and length tailored to your needs
Routine visits at the time you need, one to five times daily. Minimum visit period 30 minutes in duration
Overnight stays and sleep in services.
Respite care and short term contracts for periods such as main carer holiday
Domestic services starting from one hour duration
A flexible service as the needs of the person develop.
