Well done to Florin Mihai from My Homecare Bexley & Greenwich on being chosen as the My Homecare National Carer of the Month.

“Florin is by a mile the most compassionate, dedicated and professional carer I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Florin’s clients have varying needs from traumatic brain injuries, to autism, to frailty and end of life, challenging behaviour and mental illness. And you know what? He just instantly adapts to their personality and needs from the moment he meets them. He instinctively identifies what they need. I have never seen anything like it. I cannot stop singing his praises to my family and friends. He doesn’t just do what is required but is constantly seeking out ways to improve clients’ well-being: he cooks them delicious meals from scratch, supports them to access community activities and monitors their health and conditions so closely. He responds immediately that he senses concerns and his written and verbal communication- not just to us but to other professionals and clients’ relatives – is absolutely impeccable.”
